I've placed an order and I'm still waiting to receive it, where the hell is it morve!?
We are a made to order service, which means once you've placed an order it doesn't immediately come off a stock shelf, nor go in to production straight away. Orders are collated weekly dependent on traffic to the site and then sent to our suppliers (locally) to be manufactured. You should expect to receive your order after a week or so. But if you have any reason for concern, feel free to get in touch.
Nah, sorry sheg but what you see is what you get. We do change things up now and then so feel free to revisit one day if you don't see anything you like.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all payments through PayPal, and if you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay via Visa/Debit card via the PayPal site. Or if you really prefer, and you want to play it old school, you can pay by cheque.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer or mobile to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits.
Now we haven't a clue what that means to be honest, but it sounds pretty safe, and we've never encountered any problems in the past 5 years :)
Can I exchange or return items I buy from Crapaud Wear
Yes you certainly can. Just don't wear it or wash it (we've got strong noses so we'll know if you're lying), return it within 14 days of it being received and we'll give a full refund. If you have any further questions about returns, just get in touch at: [email protected]
